Tangent: If I remember correctly, Christopher Walken once played a bond villain. Instead of explaining the plan he merely gnashed his teeth while crushing handfuls of potato chips in his hands without breaking eye contact with his co-stars. Actually, I don’t think that happened.

Gadget scenes in the rebooted James Bond franchise are conspicuously absent. Granted they are trying to promote realism, but I’m not demanding invisible cars here. I just want a pen that can do more than just write and take out an eye.
